Part of Your
Healing Journey
A personal, caring, non-judgemental space.
Talking about your thoughts and feelings can bring huge relief, helping you to experience a greater sense of happiness and wellbeing.
When thinking about taking the first courageous step towards change, it is common to feel daunted by the prospect.
Paisley Counselling offers a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment in which you will feel seen and heard.
We invite you to book an initial assessment session, during which we will discuss the purpose of counseling as well as explore how it can help you through the challenges you are facing.
A little bit about me
My name is Kim Wylie and Paisley Counselling is my company.
I am a highly experienced integrative counsellor with training in various trauma modalities. My specialism is in supporting adult survivors of childhood trauma.
In both individual and couples work, I incorporate protective techniques which enable clients to process their experiences without being flooded by intolerable emotions.
I like to work collaboratively, remaining attuned to each person’s needs throughout our work together.
I have a passion for helping people heal and strongly believe that counselling can facilitate clients to realise their aims and goals.
